Our intervention with Shree Shivam started in 2016 when they opened their new store in Nagpur in addition to their existing stores in Raipur and Durg. Our focus was on Learning and Development of the sales team at their sales counters. The concept of “Exit poll” for outgoing footfalls was introduced by us in their store with a great deal of success in understanding consumer insights.The importance of BTL activities as a marketing tool, the co-creation of storytelling as a mode to show sarees to would be brides were some of the highlights while mentoring Shri Harish Mantri, a core Board member of Shree Shivam Group.
