Mr Sanjay Singh, MDP Faculty in Sales Management on invitation from IIM Kolkata led the training intervention at IIM Kolkata. The 2 days MDP program in IIM Kolkata led to empanelment of Mr Sanjay Singh as official sales trainer at Amway, Gurgaon
A TTT (Train the Trainers) program was curated for 60 internal Trainers of Amway. The agenda of this training was to empower the trainers with tool kits to re-empower the distribution network of Amway in India.
