Our training calendar for our clients has soft skill training everyday for 20 minutes in a hubble format. We also advocate a redemption of talent in soft skills every week to the salespersons so that their tempo to practice their soft skills is maintained.

All our soft skill training has an inner kernel which is hard functional skills based on scientific beliefs, facts and figures. This training includes important things like how much time to invest with a prospect, how much to follow up with a prospect, when to ask for an order, when to participate in a sales negotiation and when to say “No” to a likely customer.

We create customizes learning videos for our clients so that their salespersons can refer to them on the move. Every video is followed up with 2-3 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions). All answers are collated into a Sales Performance Appraisal System.
