All these deliverable s are achieved very well through the format of “theater”. In continuations with this experiment, we have been organising a theater on “Succession Planning” titled “Kissa Kursi Ka”. Till date this performance sales training programs has been made in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Kolhapur and Jaipur. The audience were CEO’s of select SME(Small and Medium Enterprise) of the city. All of them appreciated the pedagogy of Theatre and enjoyed the live interaction during the theater.
