Hold the Bull by its Horn

There are some big customers who try to bully you just because they have a huge order in store for you or maybe because their order is going to make or mar your sales month. The behavior of such customers bears analogy to the behavior of a bull – unreasonably forceful and demanding!

If you are meek to such people, you will live the life of a beggar salesperson. Hold such bulls by their horn. Serve them with a smile but ask them relevant questions at the right time and the right place. Whenever they try to bull dose you just step aside and allow them to run through. The important thing is to follow him even if he runs through. As a salesperson , you must be ready with relevant answers to all possible queries that may come to his mind with a Plan B for each.

Prepare yourself to cater to all his demands but never allow them to bull dose you.
