Great Sales Karmas

  1. Be choosy and classy while selecting a customer from amongst prospects.
  2. Talk in phrases with customer. Listen to his paragraphs aggressively.
  3. Stop believing that discounts close orders. Customers buy your product to mitigate some risk at his end.
  4. Your happiness and excitement should not show on your face when you close an order.
  5. Celebrate every genuine order bagged by you.
  6. There is only one God and customer also worships Him.
  7. Seek references from every happy customer.
  8. Say “No” when you want to say so.
  9. Live life beyond Sales.
  10. Sales is a religion!
