Mr. Sanjay Singh, Founder, SCIPL has done his MBA in Business Management and BA (Sanskrit). In the past he has mentored brands like ICICI, Airtel, Tata Indicom, Nestle, Grindwell Master, Osborne Lippert, Bosch, SuKam, Godrej&Boyce, Cahors Group and many more. Sanjay is a visiting faculty at the prestigious IIM, Kolkota and has to his credit books like “Beg, Borrow or Sell” and “The Grass is Always Green”. He has working experience with brands like Eureka Forbes, Chevron and PH Management Consultants spread across countries like India, Western Africa and USA.

Sanjay is an avid golfer, a keen theatre artist and loves to make front line sales calls with freshers who are trying to pick up the science behind the art of selling. Theatrical simulation as a pedagogy tool to promote experiential learning amongst his students is very popular amongst peers.


Mr.Dhananjay Singh has done his BE in Metallurgy and PGDBM from IIM,Ahmedabad.His academic pursuit in Metallurgy at Detroit,USA earned him a National Metallurgist Award in 1973.He spent his formative years in Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL, Govt. of India before moving to the private sector with brands like Sunflag Steel, Neco Jaiswal, Prakash Steel and MSP Steel in their respective top leadership team.A very process driven professional,Dhananjay is a stickler for Quality Management and structured process and systems.He has an eagle’s eye to identify the weak links in apparent strong chains.
He is a founding member of SCIPL and focuses his time on understanding systems and processes at clients end before going in for any kind of restructuring. He also spear heads the program on “Succession Planning in Family Managed Business Services” and mentors CEO’s of Small and Medium Enterprises(SME) on Effective Succession planning.


Miss. Mili Juneja has done her BE in Chemical Engineering followed by a PGDBM from IIM, Lucknow. She has worked in the past with brands like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, HDFC Life and L&T Finance.Mili is a Knowledge Resource at SCIPL and spearheads the function 3R™ . Recruitment, Retention and Results from sales teams is the challenge which she leads from the front. People management skills coupled with an understanding of the function of Customer Service helps her control large sales teams and steer them towards results.Mili also runs her own outfit , M J Services, which focuses on marketing services for clients starting from recruitment to market results.


Mr. Ramesh Sangare (MBA, MSW) is a member of the Think Tank of Strategic Concepts (I) Pvt Ltd. His core competency is Human Resource Management with specific attention on Organizational Behavior.
In the past he has worked with brands like Martin and Harris, Organon, Almet and John Galt Laboratories. For the past 20 years, he has been consulting brands like Reliance Group, Tata Motors, Finolex, Morarjee Textiles (Ajay Piramal group), UltraTech, Gammon (India), Piaggio, Lafarge Cement, Raymond, Indorama, Indoworth/Uniworth, Mahagenco, Mahyco, Marico, Noslar International, Windals, M&M, Lloyds Steel, Lloyds Metals, World Bank Projects in Jalswarajya, Indo-German Water Supply Project, UNICEF, PACS Program under DFID (UK) and Govt. of Maharashtra etc.

Mrs. Reena Singh, has done her Bachelors in Physical Education followed by a “C” category Golf Coach certification from Indian Golfing Union (IGU). She has played for the amateur Indian Golf Circuit. Prior to this she has the credit of having won the Korea Cup, Nigeria Cup and Japan Cup in Amateur Ladies Open Golf. She is a professional golf coach and runs her academy by the name of Central India Golf Academy. She is trained in First Aid, Paragliding, River Rafting, High Altitude Trekking and Scuba Diving.
Reena is a founding Director of SCIPL . She leads all outbound L&D initiatives of this enterprise focused on team building, leadership, conflict management and effective communication. For outbound programs, she maintains site at Lonavala, ex- Mumbai and Araku Valley, ex – Vishakhapatnam.


Mr. Lajoo Charles has done his M.Sc. with specialisation in Statistics from Nagpur University. He has 27 years of hands on experience in General Administration with companies like Sunflag Steel, Artefact Projects and others.
At SCIPL, Charles is the General Manager, Administration and looks at Client Servicing, Client Management, Finance and Accounts function.
